I had to exchange a collar that I purchased because I ordered the wrong size, The Dog Squad responded and handled the replacement the way that was most convenient for me. I am truly satisfied with my purchase even though I have not received the correct item as of yet. BTW the collar is beautiful and I cant wait to get my replacement collar.
