Damaged or defective

I've ordered sweaters in the past and have been very happy, but this time I received damaged or somewhat defective sweater with a little hole in it. In the past the sweaters came with a reinforced slit for harness and leash, this was absolutely not the case with this item. Customer service didn't seem too worried about it unfortunately. If I pay $70 for a dog sweater needless to say I don't want holes in it.
